Return & Replacement Policy

We are committed to an exceptional shopping experience. You may however have a purchase that you are not completely satisfied with or that might have been damaged in shipping. To request a return or replacement, please email us at sales@lineadiliara.com, or call us at 888-507-0099.

It is important that all products are inspected when they are delivered as all returns or replacements for damages or missing parts must be reported within 30 days.

To ensure a prompt refund or replacement, the following conditions must be met:
For products purchased on lineadiliara.com

  • Return requests for items purchased on lineadiliara.com (linealighting.com) must be made within 30 days of receiving the product. All requests after 30 days will be denied.
  • Replacement part requests for shipping damages or missing parts must be made within 30 days of receiving the product. Any request after 30 days will be at the purchaser's expense.
  • All merchandise that is returned must have an RGA (Return Goods Authorization) issued by Linea di Liara.
  • For discretionary returns, merchandise must be in its original carton, including all packaging materials and accessories.
  • Linea di Liara will not be responsible for return shipping fees for discretionary returns.
  • No credit will be issued for any shipping charges to Alaska or Hawaii or any expedited shipping costs.

For products purchased on other authorized platforms:

  • Return requests for items purchased on other authorized platforms follow the terms and conditions of that platform and must be processed through the original merchant.
  • Replacement part requests for shipping damages or missing parts must be made within 30 days of receiving the product and must be processed through the original merchant. Any replacement part request processed after 30 days will be at the purchaser's expense.


Charge-Backs

We highly recommend that you not file a charge back with your credit card company during the return process. Keep in mind that the returns process can take up to 14 business days to complete. If a charge-back is requested, the refund process will cease and we will not be able to issue you a return refund until the charge-back process is completed, which can take up to 180 business days to be finalized.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your order, please email us at sales@lineadiliara.com or call us at 888-507-0099 as soon as possible, so we may try to stop your order.  Because orders begin processing immediately after the order is placed, we cannot guarantee a cancellation will be successful.

Shipping Policy

Most items at Linea di Liara ship free to the lower 48 states.  Most in stock items ship within 1-2 days of order and will typically arrive anywhere between 3-7 business days of order.

Free shipping does not apply to orders being delivered to Alaska or Hawaii.  Shipping costs and times to Alaska and Hawaii will be quoted prior to shipping and added to the order.  We are currently unable to ship to Puerto Rico or Canada.

Large quantity orders and orders that must ship by truck are not eligible for free shipping.  A shipping quote will be provided before the product is shipped.

Discounts and Promotions

No rainchecks, not valid on previous purchases.

Offer not redeemable for cash or credit.

Discount is valid for one use only, not valid in conjunction with any other offer. Discounts are valid for non-commercial, non-trade purchases only. A quantity limit of four (4) of any one product applies unless pre-authorized by Linea di Liara.

Discount code must be entered in the Discount Code field on the Review & Payments page during checkout and applied for the discount to be deducted from the order.

Discount codes cannot be applied manually to orders once placed and partial refunds are not able to be issued for the equivalent of the discount. If discount is not applied correctly, please contact our Customer Experience Team at sales@lineadiliara.com within 1 hour of placing the order and we may be able to cancel your order for repurchase, subject to warehouse processing.

Linea di Liara reserves the right to cancel any order that does not meet the above requirements. Where your order is cancelled by us, we will issue you with a full refund of any payment received.

 

Warranty

Linea di Liara, Inc. ("hereinafter referred to as We, Us and Our") warrants that our products will be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one (1) year, subject to the below limitations:

All warranty time periods start on the date of purchase by original purchaser.

This warranty only applies when all components, including transformers and power supplies, have been provided by Linea di Liara. Substituting another manufacturer’s product and/or components will render the warranty completely void.

If any of the warranted products are found by Linea di Liara, in its sole discretion, to be defective, such products will, at our sole option and cost, be replaced, repaired or refunded less an amount directly attributable to prior use of the product. We will return the repaired or replaced product prepaid freight or provide a refund. This warranty does not cover labor or other costs or expenses to remove or install any defective, repaired or replaced product.

The parties hereto expressly agree that Original Purchaser’s sole and exclusive remedy against Linea di Liara shall be for the repair, replacement or refund of defective products as provided herein. All Linea di Liara warranties extend only to product ownership by the Original Purchaser; are not transferable whether to heirs, subsequent owners, or otherwise; and are void if the Original Purchaser ceases to own the product.

This warranty does not apply to any products that have been subjected to misuse, mishandling, misapplication, connected to voltage outside of the North American Standard Voltage Range 108 to 132 VAC (60HZ), unusual use (including but not limited to use in an environment where the annual average ambient operating temperature is below 27 or above 95 degrees Fahrenheit), neglect (including but not limited to improper maintenance), accident, acts of god such as high winds, improper installation or care, failure to follow the Product’s written instructions for normal use and care, improper packaging of products returned to us, modification (including but not limited to use of unauthorized parts or attachments), or adjustment or repair. Significant product exposure to chemicals, harsh cleaners, salt water or salt air will void any and all warranties on exterior finishes.

THIS WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS. YOU MAY ALSO HAVE OTHER RIGHTS WHICH VARY FROM STATE TO STATE. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON HOW LONG AN IMPLIED WARRANTY LASTS OR THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES SO THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

THE FOREGOING WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THOSE OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR INFRINGEMENT. ORIGINAL PURCHASER SHALL IN NO EVENT BE ENTITLED TO, AND KICHLER LIGHTING SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY NATURE, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFIT, PROMOTIONAL AND/OR MANUFACTURING EXPENSES, OVERHEAD, INJURY TO REPUTATION AND/OR LOSS OF CUSTOMERS.
